PITCH aims to increase the skills and confidence of home care workers to deliver high quality dementia care that promotes independence, improves quality of life and reduces carer stress. The program was co-designed by home care workers and their clients.
Part 1 focuses on exploring one’s role supporting people with dementia and increasing knowledge of dementia and its impact.
