Who can attend
All of these need to apply.
1 · Must have one (or more) of the following health problems
- Falls Clinic:
- Recent Fall
- Past History of Falls
- Risk of Falls
- Fear of Falls
- Falls Program:
- As above
2 · Must live in one of the following areas
- Falls Clinic:
- Albury, Wodonga, Lockhart, Indigo, Federation, Towong, Greater Hume
- Falls Program:
- As above
3 · Must have a referral from one of the following
- Hospital or Community-based health professionals
- General Practitioner (GP)
- Self-referral and/or referral from family members are accepted
There is no cost to attend the Falls Clinic or Falls Prevention Program.
