Who can attend
All of these need to apply.
1 · 1. Must have one (or more) of the following health problems
- Unexplained falls or near falls
- Dizziness or balance problems
- Abnormality of balance and gait with unknown aetiology
2 · 2. Must live in one of the following areas
- Greater Geelong and Barwon Region
3 · 3. Must have a referral from one of the following
- Hospital or community-based health professional
- General Practitioner (GP)
The cost to attend the Falls and Balance Clinic $10 per visit.
