Who can attend
All of these need to apply.
1 · 1. Must have one (or more) of the following health problems
- Recent fall
- History of falls
- Risk of falls
- Fear of falls
- Feels unsteady on feet or wanting to prevent future deterioration
2 · 2. Must live in one of the following areas
- City of Kingston and surrounding suburbs
3 · 3. Must have a referral from one of the following
- Hospital or community-based health professional
- General Practitioner (GP)
- Self-referral or referral from family members are accepted
- My Aged Care (if aged 65 years and over)
The cost to attend the Falls and Balance Clinic is $10 per session (can be reduced or waived if required).
