Who can attend
All of these need to apply.
1 · 1. Must have one (or more) of the following health problems
- Recent fall
- History of falls
- Risk of falls
- Fear of falls
- Feels unsteady on feet, or wanting to prevent future deterioration
2 · 2. Must live in one of the following areas
- City of Knox and surrounding suburbs
- City of Maroondah and surrounding suburbs
3 · 3. Must have a referral from one of the following
- My Aged Care
The cost to attend the Falls Clinic is $11 per session (can be reduced or waived if needed). The cost to attend the Falls Prevention Program is $9 per session (can be reduced or waived if needed).
