Who can attend
All of these need to apply.
1 · Must have one (or more) of the following health problems
- Recent fall
- History of falls
- Risk of falls
- Fear of falls
- Vestibular dysfunction (Falls and Balance Clinic only)
2 · Must live in one of the following areas
- Swan Hill, Kerang, Sea Lake, Balranald (Clinic)
- 100km radius of Swan Hill including: Lake Boga, Tooleybuc, Manangatang, Nyah, Nyah West, Vinefera, Beverford, Murray Downs (Group)
3 · Must have a referral from one of the following
- Hospital or community-based health professional
- General Practitioner (GP)
- Self-referral or referral from family members accepted
The cost to attend the Falls and Balance Clinic is $10 Concession/$15 Non-Concession. The cost to attend the Falls and Balance Group is based on individual circumstances.
