Seniors Exercise Park weekly group program
Come and learn how to use the equipment. The Volunteer Buddies will show you how to use it and guide you through a simple exercise circuit.
When: Mondays (excluding the first Monday of the month) and every Tuesday and Thursday, 10.00 – 10.45am.
