The Pride Intergenerational Housing pilot is an evaluation-led initiative addressing loneliness and housing insecurity among older LGBTI+ adults through community-based co-housing with younger people. Grounded in an ageing-in-place strategy, the project combines developmental and outcome evaluation to capture both social and housing outcomes. This seminar presented preliminary findings, explored practical challenges in implementation, and reflected on lessons learned. It also considered the broader implications for inclusive housing provision, and policy aimed at fostering culturally responsive, age-friendly solutions.
