Who can attend
All of these need to apply.
1 · Must have one (or more) of the following health problems
- Recent fall*
- Past history of falls
- Risk of falls
- Fear of falls
2 · Must live in one of the following areas
- City of Darebin
- City of Banyule
- City of Nillumbik
- Referrals outside of service catchment areas are possible but referral to nearest/local services are encouraged
3 · Must have a referral from one of the following
- Hospital or community-based health professional
- General Practitioner (GP)
- Self-referral or referral from family members are accepted
There is no cost to attend the Falls and Balance Clinic.
