Who can attend
All of these need to apply.
1 · Must have one (or more) of the following health problems
- Recent fall
- Past history of falls
- Risk of falls
- Fear of falls
- Abnormalities of balance and gait with unknown aetiology
- Dizziness
2 · Must live in one of the following areas
- Ballarat and Grampians Region
3 · Must have a referral from one of the following
- Hospital or community-based health professional
- General Practitioner (GP)
There is no cost to attend the Falls and Balance Clinic.
