Who can attend
All of these need to apply.
1 · 1. Must have one (or more) of the following health problems
- History of falls
2 · 2. Must live in one of the following areas
- Latrobe City
3 · 3. Must have a referral from one of the following
- Hospital or community-based health professional
- General Practitioner (GP)
- Self-referral or referral from family members are accepted
There is no cost to attend the Falls and Balance Clinic or the Falls and Balance Program.
