Who can attend
All of these need to apply.
1 · Must have one (or more) of the following health problems
- Recent fall
- History of falls
- Risk of falls
- Fear of falls
- Strength Training Group: age criteria over 50 years old
2 · Must live in one of the following areas
- Mitchell Shire
- Murrindindi Shire
- Lower Strathbogie Shire
3 · Must have a referral from one of the following
- Hospital or community-based health professional
- General Practitioner (GP)
- Self-referral or referral from family members are accepted
The cost to attend the Falls and Balance Clinic is based on individual circumstances. The cost to attend the Strength and Training Group is $10.20 per consultation.
