  • Hospital-based health professional
  • General Practitioner (GP)

Falls and Balance Clinic Based on individual circumstances Falls and Balance Program Pre-Group Assessment: Non-concession – $20 Concession – $8 Group Sessions: Non-concession – $6 Concession – $4.
